Data Driven Logistics’ ePOD Flow combines a driver mobile application with a central platform, configurable workflows and real-time delivery data, helping you manage the delivery process from one system.
Drivers use the ePOD Flow mobile application to work through the tasks configured for each delivery. Depending on your workflow, this can include barcode scanning, photographs, sign-on-glass signatures, quantity adjustments, notes and other delivery information. Updates are sent back to the central platform as the delivery progresses.
Operations teams can monitor delivery and collection activity through the central platform, including order status and real-time updates from drivers. ePOD Flow also supports manifest and order management, discrepancy management, customer delivery monitoring and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, depending on the configuration selected.
Yes. Our proof of delivery software supports bespoke integrations and is designed to work as part of a wider logistics technology environment. It can also integrate with Data Driven Logistics products including DriveSafe and Sphere. Integration requirements can be assessed around your existing systems and operational processes.
Yes. ePOD Flow uses configurable workflow modules that can be adapted around different customers, order types and service levels.
