The Project:
Doherty Heavy Haulage is a division of B&R Doherty (Haulage) Ltd, a long-established transport business that has been trading for more than 25 years. The division specialises in heavy haulage and specialist transport, moving abnormal loads for customers across a range of industries. Its fleet is designed to handle complex transportation requirements, including heavy machinery and high-value equipment, meaning that visibility is essential.
Drivers need to monitor load security and movement while on the road, particularly when transporting cargo where any shift or issue could have significant consequences, and the management team also requires a clear view of vehicle locations and journey progress.
