Our easy to use portal boosts communication by providing a platform that helps you to stay connected with your team members, visitors and outbase depots. It offers features like digital signage, visitor management, voice and video calls, time and attendance, fire register and more – all conveniently accessible via a secure wall, pedestal, or desktop-mounted tablet.
Multi-Functional Platform
Our Comms Hub combines multiple functions within a single terminal such as attendance, site induction and communication, all accessible from a compact secured unit. It can be used via Wi-Fi, wired, powered over ethernet or 4G/5G, with the option to add an extended battery life. And with the ability to control digital content via a smart calendar, it can schedule specific images, PDF and video.
Client Configuration
Using a user-friendly back-office management portal, you can configure each Comms Hub terminal to suit the needs of your business from one place, with options for RFID, Bluetooth and QR code technology. Our secure platform allows you to launch other authorised applications and generate extensive reports with CSV exports.
Improved Communication
With a voice and video calling feature, you can stay connected with your team members, visitors and outbase depots using our Comms Hub. And for the semi-private conversations, you can use the handset provided. Whatever the size of your operation, you can say goodbye to loss of communication with remote outbases.
Enhanced Site Safety
Our Comms Hub allows you to control access to your premises with barrier, door, and turn style operation, with the ability to trace all visitor and workforce attendance for your records. Installed with GPS detection, your Comms Hub can be easily located for extra safety, as well as being a central point for creating and storing incident and complaint reports. An attached Bluetooth printer is included for easy and accessible visitor identification and receipt printing.
