Yard Management

By effectively tracking cargo from the moment it enters the yard to when it leaves, our system reduces driver interaction and vehicles queued while increasing the security of the yard and its assets. Interactive Yard Map
An intuitive user interface provides a geographically accurate birds eye view of your site, enabling dynamic overlays of actual trailer positions that enhance the visibility and efficiency of your yard. This agile software is a powerful solution that can be customized to meet the unique requirements of your industry, providing live updates to tasks from creation to completion, and allowing you to gather basic information about any trailer on site.
Shunter Control Application
The simple to use application streamlines shunter job control and basic tracking. Tasks can be created using the frontend system, either by creating a movement request or by "drag and drop" on the yard map overview. Both methods automatically create a shunter task to communicate with the driver, giving them a clear indication of which trailer needs moving and streamlining the yard workflow.
Automated Gatehouse (Kiosk)
Our app runs on a large touchscreen kiosk, allowing inbound and outbound drivers to record their site arrival and departure directly into the system, minimizing driver interaction and reducing administrative time. Our workflow is designed in consultation with the client and strictly follows their requirements, with a clear user manual for step by step ease of use. The app ensures efficient security of yard movements by permitting passage upon completion of onscreen checks and details. In case of discrepancies, audit logs are created and made available.
Unloading, Loading & Strapping
The app offers best practice guidance for the safety of loading and unloading, prioritising tasks and recording timings and actions taken for the unloading, loading, and strapping processes. These processes are interlinked with trailer movements, which often involve trailer movement tasks performed by the shunter. It includes additional features, such as mandatory safety questions that can be adapted to suit the client's operational requirements, further improving yard performance.
Integration with External Systems
Our team has extensive experience in creating files for transmission to other systems, whether they are inhouse or third party. Additionally, we accept almost any file format for direct processing into our system. As part of the process, data transformation may be required to ensure seamless integration between systems.
